Siemens Managed Equipment Service sees increased customer satisfaction

An annual Managed Equipment Service (MES) customer study for Siemens Healthcare has shown an overall increase in customer satisfaction for the third year running with a score of 75 percent for good to excellent performance in one of the largest surveys of its type undertaken to date.
