Enturia implements Enterprise-wide Complaints Handling

Kansas based medical supplier Enturia has implemented Pilgrim Software’s SmartComplaints, which is a key solution within the SmartSolve system, for the automated management of its internal complaints handling activities.
Enturia’s business growth in the medical supply industry is driving the company’s push to attain increased levels of operational efficiency. In an effort to strengthen tracking, visibility and control of its complaints process, Enturia has implemented Pilgrim’s SmartComplaints, an out-of-the-box, closed-loop application that allows manufacturers to implement efficient resolutions to customer issues. The software helps to ensure Enturia’s industry and regulatory compliance both domestically and internationally, improve its overall product quality and reduce in-house costs associated with customer complaints.

Enturia’s Quality Assurance department is managing SmartComplaints with minimal support from IT resources. This procedure, and SmartComplaints’ scalability eliminates the need to secure additional IT resources as Enturia grows and the volume of its administrative requirements expands.

“Enturia is in a tremendous growth mode at present, so when we recognised the inherent benefits of SmartComplaints - to improve tracking, visibility and control of the complaints process without a need to add resources we launched a rapid implementation,” said Kim Huls, senior regulatory affairs specialist for Enturia. “As we continue to expand globally, having all complaint information in a single-source global database, which can be easily accessed through the internet from anywhere, will be ever increasing in value.”
