Clinical negligence service ains to reduce legal waiting times

Mobile Doctors : 31 May, 2007  (New Product)
A specialist service aimed at reducing the time involved in litigating clinical negligence cases has been launched by Mobile Doctors.
The leading medical evidence provider's new clinical negligence service will offer lawyers and insurers access to a national network of qualified medical experts, an online case tracking system, a note paginating service completed by experienced medical personnel and a nationwide proactive rehabilitation service.

Paul Collin, operations director at Mobile Doctors, comments: 'Clinical negligence cases can often be needlessly time and labour intensive, because of the time it takes to find a suitable medical expert and collate medical records and case notes'.

'Geographical conflicts can arise when trying to source an independent medical expert, which can prolong cases even further'.

'Our comprehensive national network of experts covers every medical discipline and is supported with an online database containing the doctor's CVs'.

'This will provide lawyers and insurers with instant access to the right experts'.
'Essentially, the new service will enable lawyers and insurers to streamline the handling of clinical negligence cases, without compromising their core service offering'.

'Clients will benefit from reduced stress and suffering as cases will progress quicker, enabling them to enter rehabilitation earlier'.

Mobile Doctors makes maximum use of the organization's experience and customer care culture to create value services for all of its customers.
