Customers rate Philips the top company overall service performance for imaging systems

Philips Medical Systems : 29 November, 2007  (New Product)
Customers have rated Philips’ Medical Systems division Number 1 in overall service performance in the 2007 according to an IMV ServiceTrak Imaging - All Systems survey.
IMV is an independent third-party research firm that publishes a series of annual ServiceTrak reports. The 2007 ServiceTrak Imaging All Systems report involved customers being asked to rate more than 6,400 Computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MR), nuclear medicine (NM), positron emission tomography (PET), Ultrasound, and X-ray systems on 34 performance factors across the product ownership lifecycle, including satisfaction with service, system performance, service engineers, installation and training.

“We are especially proud of our Number 1 ranking across all six service engineer performance factors associated with customer satisfaction,” said Tom Kirkland, senior vice president of customer services, North America, for Philips Medical Systems. “IMV ServiceTrak surveys provide valuable feedback, not only to measure what we're doing well, but also to identify areas for improvement. As Philips seeks to deliver on our promise of sense and simplicity, we will continue to work harder and smarter every day to help our customers provide superb patient care.”
