Environmental Tectonics supplies hyperbaric chamber to Billings Clinic

Environmental Tectonics : 16 January, 2008  (New Product)
Environmental Tectonics' BioMedical Systems Division has sold a BARA-MED XD Monoplace Hyperbaric Chamber to Billings Clinic, a not-for-profit organization, governed by the community, with physician leadership at all levels.
Billings Clinic operates a multi-specialty physician clinic with 230 physicians and 62 non-physician providers in 35 different specialties, integrated with a 272-bed hospital. ETC Biomedical Systems is pleased to work with Billings Clinic, the largest employer in Billings, Montana, USA, with over 3200 employees.

Brad Wells, western regional manager of ETC's BioMedical Systems Division, commented, 'This is a perfect way to start off the New Year. ETC was selected, in large part, due to our technological innovations in the area of control system technology.'

ETC is the manufacturer of the industry's most technically advanced hyperbaric chamber. The BARA-MED XD includes a 4th generation Windows based operating systems which controls and records chamber activity. ETC chambers remain the leader in providing a patient friendly pressurisation alternative (Smooth Ride) that minimises complications due to middle ear and sinus barotraumas without increasing compression time.
