I-MED Network selects IntelePACS for Australian imaging clinics

Intelerad Medical Systems : 01 November, 2007  (Company News)
Intelerad Medical Systems announces a new agreement with I-MED Network of Australia to expand IntelePACS across the majority of its Australian chain of diagnostic imaging clinics.
I-MED Network is one of the largest providers of diagnostic imaging services in the world, operating 240 clinics in Australia and the United Kingdom. Combined, I-MED Network performs over 4.5 million patient exams annually. Once the IntelePACS implementation is complete, the majority of I-MED's 350 specialist radiologists and 50 nuclear physicians will be using Intelerad as their PACS solution.

The proven performance of IntelePACS in complex, multi-site environments over a wide area network is a key factor in I-MED’s selection of Intelerad. With IntelePACS, I-MED can centrally manage PACS for all their sites and radiologists, allowing patients in remote areas to benefit from all of I-MED’s diagnostic resources and expertise.

“To have IntelePACS selected by a global leader in diagnostic imaging like I-MED Network is confirmation that our products, our professional services and our customer support are delivered with the highest standards” said Randall Oka, president of Intelerad
