Misys unveils new reseller programme to dive EMR adoption

Misys Healthcare Systems has unveiled its new Reseller Partner Program, which enables partner organizations to profitably grow their businesses, improve their overall healthcare product and service offerings, and drive widespread electronic medical record (EMR) adoption.
Members of the new Misys Reseller Partner Program will be authorized resellers of the physician-friendly Misys MyWay, an integrated EMR solution.

Misys Reseller Partner Program members will have full access to an array of high-quality Misys services and benefits, including sales, technical and marketing support. The Reseller Partner Program is comprised of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold partner status, which result in varying incentives and earned margins.

Reseller clients will be able to implement a fully-integrated, easy-to-use EMR solution from an established vendor, while accessing the personal support they have come to rely on from the trusted partner organization.

Misys MyWay, available as both a hosted and on-premise product, offers robust capabilities for EMRs, Practice management and claims management. Misys MyWay overcomes cost and complexity barriers that often prohibit physician practices from adoption and incorporates many innovative features that make the application simple and intuitive for the user.

Etransmedia Technology, based in Troy, New York, USA, has been a strategic partner of Misys since 2006, offering Misys EMR and Practice management solutions exclusively. With five offices in the northeast, it serves more than 500 physician practices nationwide and expects that number to double by the end of this year. Etransmedia is an early adopter of Misys MyWay and has its own ASP platform, which makes the hosted version of Misys MyWay even more attractive and affordable to the practices it serves.

“We have seen a very strong interest in Misys MyWay among our customer base, especially the hosted version, which is more affordable for practices to adopt and easier for Etransmedia to implement and support. New to the Misys Reseller Partner Program is A and A Technology, a division of A and A Management, which serves approximately 600 physician practices in southeast Michigan ranging from solo practitioners up to group practices of more than 25 physicians. The company aids its healthcare clients with HIPAA compliance, hardware and software selection, and technology training and support.
