New Jersey multi-specialty clinic selects Intergy EHR for integration project

Sage Software Healthcare : 18 March, 2008  (Application Story)
New Jersey Associates in Medicine, a Fair Lawn, New Jersey multi-specialty clinic with 14 physicians, has selected Intergy EHR by Sage Software for the practice's electronic healthcare records needs.
The process was a highly competitive search, noted executive director Helene Spindel, who invested three years researching and reviewing vendors. Important for Spindel was obtaining a fully integrated database, and she found that with Sage Software.

'A lot of vendors lost patience with us in the process,' Spindel said. 'Sage Software was diligent and committed, ever-conscientious about following up with us and ensuring our needs were met, and questions answered. That speaks volumes about the level of service we'd receive after the purchase as well.'

New Jersey Associates has specialties ranging from internal medicine to cardiology and pain management. Spindel said Sage Software had evident knowledge and experience with multi-specialty clinics like her own and was willing to showcase those, even providing access to similar organizations.

'Sage Software has a volume of multi-specialty groups,' said Spindel. 'We did site visits to practices like our own. That level of commitment and understanding is important to us. It was clear - they not only have a good product, they're proud of it.'

'Multi-specialty organizations have a unique set of challenges,' said Sage Software senior vice president, sales and marketing, Sharon Howard. 'We have a great deal of experience in that arena and we're delighted that New Jersey Associates is now a part of that vast network of multi-specialty clinics that have chosen us as their healthcare information technology provider. We look forward to working with them in the years ahead.'
